Most projects don’t need complicated pricing or a long back-and-forth to figure out what it’s going to cost. We keep it simple by working in blocks of time, so you know what to expect from the start.

Choose a half day or full day depending on the size of your project. Smaller lists and quick updates typically fit within a half day, while larger projects or multiple tasks are better suited for a full day.

Instead of breaking everything down line by line, we focus on getting through your list efficiently and handling as much as possible within the time booked. It keeps things moving, avoids unnecessary delays, and makes the entire process easier to manage.

Half Day

Up to 4 hours. Best for smaller projects, touch-ups, and short lists that can be completed in a single visit.

Materials

Supplies are billed separately based on what’s needed. We keep it straightforward and only use what the project requires. Materials can be pre-approved or we can handle sourcing for you.
